MC-05Obtain E-Sign consent before delivering disclosures electronically
How Leela would run itEvent-driven · each onboarding, before the first electronic delivery of a required disclosure
From the policy libraryThe requirement
Before any disclosure the law requires to be in writing is delivered electronically, the customer affirmatively consents to electronic delivery in a way that reasonably demonstrates they can access records in the format used, is told of the right to paper copies and how to withdraw consent, and is shown the hardware and software needed. The consent record is retained.
