Verify consent and scrub lists before every outbound campaign
Marketing Compliance policy, §5.6
Before any campaign by telephone, text message, or email launches, the outbound list is reviewed for consent and suppression status: prior express consent for marketing calls to wireless numbers and prior express written consent for marketing texts, scrubbing against the internal do-not-contact list and the national do-not-call registry, and, for email, accurate headers, subject lines that do not mislead, a conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism, and a valid postal address. Opt-outs from texts are honored immediately and unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Event-driven
