Get the sponsor bank’s written approval before publishing
Marketing Compliance policy, §4.1, §4.2, §6.5
No marketing material, customer-facing communication, press release, or substantive media statement is published or distributed until the sponsor bank has approved it in writing. Each submission is logged with its date and version, requested changes are made and resubmitted until approval is received, and only the approved version is released. Time-sensitive material within a template the sponsor bank has already approved may be released on the Compliance Officer’s real-time approval; anything outside an approved template follows the full workflow.

A person must do the work; Leela can track it and file the evidence.
Leela can keep the submission queue, track each round with the bank, and hold publication until the written approval is filed.
Tell Leela about your company to see whether this applies.
Tell Leela how you handle it today, or hand it over: see what’s next.
