Transaction Monitoring
TM-01Run the rule library over every business day’s transactions
How Leela would run itDaily · each business day, on the day’s on-chain alerts and the bank’s fiat report
From the policy libraryThe requirement
Every stablecoin transaction is screened in real time by the blockchain analytics platform, and every business day the on-chain alerts and the sponsor bank’s daily fiat transaction report are reviewed against the rule library. Until a fiat monitoring platform is live the fiat review is manual, with the bank’s own monitoring as a backstop. Each day’s run, automated and manual, is written to the monitoring log with the rules run, the population reviewed, and the alerts generated and carried open.
