SO-02Screen digital-asset transfers in real time and hold sanctioned hits
How Leela would run itContinuous · every digital-asset transaction as it is initiated; alerts the same business day
From the policy libraryThe requirement
Every inbound and outbound digital-asset transaction is screened in real time against wallet addresses associated with OFAC-designated persons. A hit is held before settlement where the payment flow permits, the AML Compliance Officer is notified the same business day, the sponsor bank is notified within one hour of the Officer becoming aware, and the sponsor bank decides whether to block, freeze, and report. The screening configuration is aligned with the sponsor bank’s standards before launch and after any change.
