KC-09Refresh the file on material change and offboard when required
How Leela would run itEvent-driven · on each material change; on each offboarding trigger
From the policy libraryThe requirement
A material account change, such as new product access, a large limit increase, or a new beneficial owner, triggers a partial refresh of the file with re-screening and tier reassessment. A customer that fails to provide documents within 30 days, returns a confirmed sanctions hit, loses a required license, or poses unacceptable risk is suspended or terminated, with the sponsor bank notified before closure.
