KC-06Obtain consumer-compliance representations from platform customers
How Leela would run itEvent-driven · at onboarding through the customer agreement, and at each periodic review for Tier 2 and 3
From the policy libraryThe requirement
Where consumers reach the Company through a customer’s platform, the customer represents in its agreement that it runs a compliant consumer identification and anti-money-laundering program, holds the applicable licenses, will report a lapse or regulatory action immediately, and will give access to its records on request.
