Requirement
In the month after each quarter, the CEO receives a report of monitoring and testing completed, findings by severity, remediation status from prior quarters, emerging risks, and an assessment of resource adequacy.

Compile the quarter’s Testing Log and Issues Log into the report and deliver it to the CEO.
