Obtain consumer-compliance representations from platform customers
Where consumers reach the Company through a customer’s platform, the customer represents in its agreement that it runs a compliant consumer identification and anti-money-laundering program, holds the applicable licenses, will report a lapse or regulatory action immediately, and will give access to its records on request. Tier 2 and 3 customers also provide evidence of that program.
Event-driven
At onboarding through the customer agreement, and at each periodic review for Tier 2 and 3
Include the representations in the customer agreement, collect program evidence from higher-tier customers, and refresh it at each review.
